Our single mission is to provide safe support to families and older adults going to medical appointments. We want to create an atmosphere of advocacy that is both caring and respectful. Our mission is ensure that every client has a voice in the car they receive, one patient at a time.
With years of patient advocate experience, our team will provide both courteous and professional expertise to the industry. Beginning with our initial meeting, we greet our clients by their proper title, arrive at the appointment early enough to sit and talk before the appointment begins, and thank our clients for choosing us to advocate for them at the end of their doctor's visit. These are a few of the professional standards we've set.
Not only will we meet your loved one at their medical appointment and stay with them throughout the visit. But prior to the appointment we will have crafted concerns and questions for the healthcare professional. We also provide help with medication reconciliation, healthcare proxy forms, connecting clients to community and federal resources and overnight visits (virtually during Covid-19).
